Project Description
A financial literacy program was successfully conducted by the Rotary Club of Dillibazar in collaboration with ICFC Finance Limited on the occasion of Global Money Week. The event took place at Kanya Multiple Campus in Kathmandu, drawing active participation from campus students.
The program aimed to strengthen financial awareness among young individuals by promoting a better understanding of banking systems and responsible money management. Participants received practical insights into financial transactions, modern banking practices, digital payment methods, and the effective use of e-banking services. The session also emphasized online safety, educating students on how to avoid scams and financial fraud.
The event was attended by several distinguished figures, including President Prem Kumar Oli, along with past presidents and campus representatives. Experts from ICFC Finance Limited led the training sessions, sharing industry knowledge and real-world experience.
Concluding the program, Corporate Branch Head Sagar Nidhi Tiwari expressed appreciation to all participants and organizers. Organizers noted that the initiative played a key role in encouraging financial responsibility and fostering a culture of saving among students.
